This year, our booth (shout out #1345!) was a true hub of activity.

Over three days, we met with more than 200 international educators eager to modernize and streamline their global ed operations with our future-focused software.

The energy in the room was so electric we probably should’ve filed a risk report. 😉

Our 2nd NAFSA Good Vibes Happy Hour was the perfect conference-mid point where San Diego Sunrises flowed and only Good Vibes and Good Fun were allowed.

Inspiring Future Gen Z Study Abroad Participants

Did you see 45+ high school kids wearing Via t-shirts running around the Expo Hall on Wednesday?

This year, we teamed up with NAFSA to host the Future Globetrotters Experience, where local high schoolers hit the expo hall with passports in hand (okay, it was a mobile app—but still). Full of curiosity and good vibes, they brought fresh energy to the international ed scene.

They asked bold questions, explored global opportunities, and reminded us why early engagement matters.

Supporting students at every stage is core to our mission—and their excitement? Total highlight.

The Partner Portal is coming. A dedicated space for faculty and staff to manage travel, proposals, ISSS requests, and more—all in one place.

Course Approvals & Equivalencies is on the way. Customized workflows and smart routing will streamline academic decision-making.

Next-Gen Automations are coming. More triggers, smarter actions, and fewer clicks—automation will get a serious upgrade across all products.

H-1B support is coming to Via International. Manage employment cases alongside F, M, and J records with unified profiles and automation.
